Seat cable, and wiring questions

Need to know where this wiring part goes, and what it is called? Also looking for an 11 inch seat cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you may need to tip that relay on its side to allow us to verify.

There are 2 wires for the adjusters...one for the drivers side is different than the passenger.
I believe Mega Parts...or others may sell repros.

Yes, the cable on the passenger side works great with an 11 inch cable. The drivers side pictured the cable is 13 inches, and is too long to activate both sides. Or maybe I got it set up wrong?
