I'm going to replace the engine harness next week. The car was built January 14, 1974 so I ordered the kit from after October 1973.
Specifically, the solenoid for the seatbelt interlock is still on the inner fender of the driver's side and is wired up. However for as long as I've owned the car the interlock has worked on the shoulder belt but not functioned with the ignition etc. I can still drive without a seatbelt but don't. I'm not clear on whether this wiring is part of the engine harness?
Also, any other issues to be aware of prior to starting this rewiring?
Thanks
