I may have the mechanism and some linkage bu no T-handle. I’ll have a look when I get to the shop.

I've seen 1970 without the writing. Looks like the 71 up slider though. Probably put together when there was no other option with parts.

Not necessarily. My new 74 318 did not have any verbiage. It had a t shift handle. My current 74 360 looks exactly like this one.

The "shift gate" shifter was a very rare item. They where in early 70's and I believe where discontinued in a month. I have one in my 70 challenger. Here's more info on shifters.

Looking for a ebody slap stick shifter for a 72.

I have one for you it is in excellent condition. Not sure if it is from a 70 or a 72. It is 100% complete including all mechanism bezel shifter and NAV on a 1 to 10 scale I would rate this thing at about a 8 1/2. The only thing is there is a couple little bubbles on the 50-year-old chrome that may have to be dealt Worth or not LOL Let me know if you are still in need of this part and I will post a couple pictures of it for you thank you
