If you mean converting from Column Shift to Floor Shift, yea, that's what I think these parts are for. I cannot tell if this setup is complete, but I believe it bolts to some sheet metal brackets on the hump. If you've got a column shift (some are bench seat) car, you may be missing the brackets.
