Hopefully you are not going to drive that survivor car on 50 yr old tires.

I recall driving on these tires in the early 1980s and boy, they were slippery. They make impressive burnouts, but border unsafe compared to radials. That said, I still want a poly in the trunk

That too, but more importantly those old tires are unsafe to drive on due to weather checking and cracking. I think it's recommended to change them out at 10 yrs.

You should go over to the Welcome Wagon and introduce yourself and show us some pictures of your ride.
