What ARE these things called??

OK these are in a 1954 Chrysler New Yorker deluxe underneath the valve. Cover cap on a 331 hemi. What are they called? I need three more For this original rig.

I'm no gen I hemi expert, but I think they may be the quides for the sparkplug wires. My gen II certainly doesn't have any.
