Are they stamped by the valve stem. Might be super coupe wheel? I think that's what there called.

Yes they are. A Chrysler Pentastar and what looks like a L9.

Look on the back side of the wheel. Something like this? Your date code will most likely be different.

Cop car wheels, like the one I posted, are 15" x 7" and have slight bulges for holding the dog dish.
Super Coupe wheels are 15" x 8" and dog dishes can't be mounted on them because there are no bulges for the dog dish to grip.

The pictured wheels are Chrysler 15" x 7" police wheels, part number 3766077. They are not Super Coupe and Kit Car wheels which are 15" x 8", nor Magnum GT wheels which are 15" x 7". The Super Coupe/Kit Car wheels and Magnum GT wheels have similar slots, but do not have the center cap retaining nubs, nor the full contact wheel centers. The police wheels are also heavier gauge steel.
