71 tail panel reflectors

I need 4 Good one's. Or is there an alternative to replacement. I thought about painting them red or black even. Any thoughts?

They are out of stock and have been for quite some time. He said they are back ordered. Might be up to a year before they come in. now what???? Anyone have any ideas?
