FOR SALE E body 8 3/4 axle complete and free SF Bay area

Ok, so I pulled this axle out of a 70 Challenger years ago and haven't been able to make it back to my folks place to pick it up now that I've moved away. My parents need this gone asap, so the first one that can pick it up can have it for free. One wheel seems to have the brakes frozen and...

WTB Upper control arm adjustment bolts

Looking for a complete upper control arm cam bolt setup with the washers and nut. Somehow I can't seem to find the 4th one in my impeccably organized garage :-) . If no one has a rogue spare, I would be interested in a set. Thanks, Jason

Is this crank still servicable or scrap?

I am in the process of rebuilding a 5.9 Magnum engine to power my dad's 71 Challenger. A buddy recommended a local machine shop after the same shop built him a small block Ford. I called the shop, went over the details and brought him my parts. The block was punched. 040" over, crank turned...

    FOR SALE Mopar rear defroster

SOLD SOLD I have a rear defroster for sale that I picked up with a bunch of other E body stuff years ago. It has just been sitting in a box the whole time and have not installed or tested the unit. Comes as pictured and will ship on the buyers dime from Oklahoma City, OK. $75 Thanks, and I'll...

    Dad's 71 Challenger

The 71 has the original 7.25 axle. Looking for recommendations on a solid swap to handle a mild Magnum 360, 100% street driven, posi (aftermarket or original), and retain the stock 5x4.5 bolt pattern. I was hoping to score an E body 8.75, but am open to junkyard options with a little cutting...

    Dad's 71 Challenger

The 408 should be amazing! I prefer the classic V-belt arrangement, but figured a stock serpentine setup should be very low maintenance and reliable for him. Keep me posted if you don't mind with your drivetrain build, any tips, tricks or issues that needed to be ironed out. Thanks!

    Dad's 71 Challenger

Good question, I had assumed that 318, 340 and 360s shared the same intake manifolds (aftermarket). The one that I was going to re-purpose is a Mopar aluminum dual plane that was installed on the 69 318 that came out of the 71. I asked the machine shop to order in a set of the EQ heads that...

    Dad's 71 Challenger

Ordered up some gaskets to go through the wiper motor. Little bit of crust in there and will have to drill out the side barrel screws, replace them along with the long screws. More to come in this section.

    Dad's 71 Challenger

Hit the local Pull A Part and found a 1998 B2500 Dodge van with a Magnum V8. Pulled the accessory brackets, water pump/fan/clutch assembly and water pump. I had read somewhere that the van setup is better for an E body swap, let me know what your experiences are because there are plenty of...

    Dad's 71 Challenger

Agreed, by the time you factor in fuel, trailer rental, snacks etc. on picking up the engine it would have made better financial sense to pick up one local but the journey and time with the boys was priceless. If the next generation isn't exposed to our hobby in a positive and welcoming way...

    Dad's 71 Challenger

Picked up a seal kit for the heater box and was very glad that I did. The heater resistor was surrounded by a pile of dried leaves that had blown into the box! The local radiator shop checked out the evaporator before I put it all back together. Very happy with the kit and instructions from...
