Yup: I have the FF setup for my 68 Charger. It fit well enough but rail profile varies a bit side to side so you may have to juggle things to get a fit that is both snug and level. It was impossible to get it exactly to where their instruction suggest a nominal location, but I got it very close...

Nothing is worse than the ammeter wiring tho'.
I like the 71 B body schematic that shows the firewall connector bypass harness for bigger alternators. I might consider that.
Back story -
I bought a new repro Rallye dash harness for my 70.....I bought a 1972 style harness because several wires were increased in size that year over the 70-71 - just needed to verify. I wanted the factory engineering improvements on my car (improvement of that sort trumps originality...
