Would love to hear a little more about the 69 sunroof charger restomod! Is it originally a factory sunroof car? I wonder if I have come across it already for the Mopar Sunroof Registry? Thanks for any details you can provide! Scott.

    New E body Fanatic

Welcome and thanks for sharing some pics of your sunroof Challenger. An internet friend shot me a picture of the car to let me know that it existed, but until now I had no idea who the lucky owner was. Looks like you have a great stable - I hope to be elbow deep in my restorations when I retire...

Yes it does - before the structure collapses on it!

    power window dash harness

Couple of corrections for your tag - JW23 should be JH23, and W6F8 should be H6F8. Pretty good list of options on this car including the correct VON for the sunroof. I plan on being at Midwest Mopars - would love to see the car there! Scott.

    Ebody production numbers

    1971 Challenger convertibles in EL5 - Slant 6 (2) - V8 (75 +/- 2). Scott.

    Ebody production numbers

Looks like the options report only shows the count for the P6EW Leather bucket seats (33) and does not have the Red and White interior listed in the other 2 seat options H6 and H4. It appears that these colorful interiors - EW, BW, FW - were late additions to the dealership color and trim...

    Ebody production numbers

Sorry John - I did mean 33 'Cudas with the Red and White interior. I just discovered that you could get the Red and White in H4, H6, and P6 varieties - I will have to double check that number to see if it differentiates between the 3 different seat styles. Scott.

    Ebody production numbers

Ok - these numbers are from Options and Accessories reports - which are about as good as it gets - barring free reign in the dungeons of Chrysler. Paharamia's color chart for 1970 Challengers looks to be good. Took a quick glance and the numbers match what I have on the O&A report. DetMatt1 -...

    Ebody production numbers

Been a little while since I have been on this site. I believe I have good numbers for 1970 Cudas, and 1970-1 Challengers - every color and option. I will check back with some numbers for you guys by late this afternoon. Scott.

    E-body sunroof cars

Very nice! Would love to see some pictures the next time you have a chance to do so. Also - check out the Website I have set up for Sunroof Mopars - just Google Mopar Sunroof Registry - and you will find it. Thanks, Scott.

Help me identify my 70 challenger convertible export car

Yep, Ola is the guy to talk to - he knows a lot about the E Body convertibles. Send him a message and he will get back to you - may take a bit. Very busy guy. Good luck and nice car!

What does this fender code mean? N31

Check the tag again - it looks like it should be M31 - Belt Mouldings.

Question on additional paper found with broadcast sheet

Brian, I think the W is just a typo for A08 - notice the W and A are next to each other on the keyboard. If the scheduled production date (SPD) on your fender tag and broadcast sheet is A08 - then that is the most likely scenario. Scott.

Question on additional paper found with broadcast sheet

Thanks Brian for taking the time to post these. Very interesting - first time I have seen this kind of documentation. I am going to pass this info on to a couple of E-body enthusiast to see what they have to say about this info. The top of the travelers sheet looks just like the top of the...

Question on additional paper found with broadcast sheet

I also would be interested in seeing this document - especially if it is sunroof related. If you don't have any luck loading the picture, send one of us a PM and you could email, text it, or instafacetubechat it one way or the other, and we can get it posted. ;-)
