help identifying type of steering wheel on 70 challenger

hi guys. i am trying to identify what type of steering wheel on 70 challenger? if i press on the wheel it will rock the whole wheel up and down. is this a standard horn? or a "rim blow" steering wheel? not sure of the terminology. please advise. thanks

That’s a rimblow. The round pad with “Dodge a Division” is decorative. It’s soft and has some give, but the switch that activates the horn is inlayed in the outer part of the wheel. Squeeze the wheel and the horn honks.

Just like this one..it’s actually the inner rim of the wheel that is the switch for the horn.
