70 Steering Wheels

Guys, I have seen some E bodies with the standard steering wheel with the metal blow ring and what appears to be the center horn button too. Was this an optional steering wheel? My AAR just had the center button.

Yes it is a factory option although rare .
the ring can be added to any of the center horn button wheels BTW

I never saw that option before. I have a 1970 'Cuda with that simulated woodgrain genuine plastic big ass wheel and wish it was a smaller diameter. It feels like I'm driving a bus sometimes.
