Does anyone have any idea what these would be used for there are 5 of them?

They look like they would go inside of a rubber piece of some sort.There are tiny..

They look like the washers that hold the speedo in usually have a rubber washer on it to stop vibration
 
They look like they might be part of the mounts for a rear defogger motor and yes there would be rubber washers in between, there would be 6 of them though.

They also go on the three studs to hold the heater, A/C fan motor flange onto the firewall. The rubber isolation gasket has a molded raised "pad" that these conical washers compress by the nut. I'm the original owner, so know this is factory correct.

Since there are 6 of them, do you think one goes on each side?\nOf the rubber thanks
 
I didn't thinks so at first, but then referenced this picture I took when refurbishing my Heater Box (used outstanding Detroit Muscle kit - - seen in the sidebar). It clearly shows two conical washers per stud. So your question was a good one! Mystery solved :steering:
