The Battery un switch +12v in # 6 is the power for the road lamps. It plugs into the red feed plug under the dash.

To be clear. By using a relay circuit to control the road lamps. The original wiring can be used to control the road lamp with a relay under the hood. By using The green L120 16 DGN wire to control the relay.
