Spent a little time in the garage today and got the passenger door aligned to the quarter and fender , i think it looks good . That finishes the pass side of the car which was the worst.

Door looks nice, what the procedure/steps to get it aligned?

I aligned the rear of the door to the face of the rear quarter and by adjusting the fore and aft door hinges on the pillar and this allowed me to raise the door slightly with a flloor jack under the main part of the door and not using the edge so no damage.Then i backed off the hinges on the door to get the edges be it in or out to line up, this was done slowly till i was happy with the rear door contour. bolted up the front fender with the new front amd valance and adjusted the fender with shims where the fender bolts to the rocker, lots of mucking around here using hammer and dolly . Just do a bit then keep checking the contour and gap on the front door to the rear of the fender.
