Optional for 70-71 but will fit all years.
As the box indicates, it is a cap cover, not a cap that seals the tank.
The cap and the rubber seal that mounts to the cover are separate items.
JMO so many people use the Rally wheels that they almost look like hubcaps now, Just another wheel.
The Mopar "Road wheels" 14" has a SS center and painted rim with a SS trim ring and was installed on many Challengers. As well as others Cuda,, and some B-body cars .
Magnum 500 is a Ford wheel...
Back when I started to drive a radio, heater and A/T were all extra cost add-ons.
I don't get the posts here about A/T breaking parts. Every clutch, u-joint, cluster gear, spider gears wear on cars with M/T. Much more control going up and stopping on a hill with an A/T.

As far as I know the 15x6.5" Rally wheel was not offered until 1975 and later.
Download a 1971 Plymouth Factory Service Manual and go to Section 22, Page 960 for info on available rim sizes and tire sizes that year.

Juan, since you insist on 10.5:1 cr, you will also need to find a steady supply of a good quality, 91 Plus octane fuel to keep the pistons happy. No alcohol is a big plus.

Which one are you looking for ?
If you put any weight in the back and also don't like the factory droopy rear springs. you will need to get the rear up.
Otherwise hitting dips with weight in the car, like a friend or 2 will cause the unmodified fender lips to contact the tires.
Again, do it properly with springs not air...
There was never a factory 8" Rallye wheel made.
It will need to be custom and will not likely fit without rolling the fender lips.
Still a 275mm section width tire may still rub cornering on the leaf springs or inner fenders if you are looking to use them at stock height.

First would be a good quality 1/2" impact gun. First tighten the bolt, next try to loosen it. This will often work by getting slight movement forward first.
Once you break the fastener loose, it will just come out. you may have to do the tighten/loosen cycle a few times to break it loose...
