I vaguely recall ~40 years trying to peel one off at a junkyard and as I did it the word "Void" or something like that appeared on the remnant that was stuck to the door.
I recall the plastic panel with the switches has a metal grounding tab on one of the lower attaching screws. It’s been 30 years so I might be wrong.
Have you checked your grounds?
Correct.
Someone cut your hood open and same with the scoops.
OEM is fake sealed scoops.
They are plastic so you could buy and trim with a razor knife to match your cutouts.
Hey Rob - any update on your project?
Mine is still DOA with house renovations - a new kitchen, one basement bath from scratch, a hall bath full demo, and soon a master bath extension.
I have book marked similar threads over the years. Here they are, maybe they are helpful.

Years ago I converted my 340/727 'Cuda to a 440/833 and I used the original driveshaft.
Will this same driveshaft work when I change to a Dana 60 from the 8-3/4 rear?
That is exactly what my 1987 Dodge D150 had. I bought it new off the lot. Basic truck 225 slant six 4-speed. No air or rear bumper. Had them install dealer add on AC and bumper. I liked that truck. I think it had 330k on it when I got rid of it.
