From YO website: Original fitment test done with 245/45-17 & 275/40-17 BF Goodrich G-Force T/A-KDW tires. Those are the sizes I intend to go with and either the BFG's or Nitto NT555's [The '73 Cuda we just bought came with old 205/55-15 & 275/60-15 on Rally wheels.]

I've had a few back in the day, had a '70 Barracuda, was my first car when I was 15, bought it for $100! [318 3 spd, ran great]. Then I had a nice '74 340 Cuda in the late 70's. Then a '72 Roadrunner, 400 Auto, got a lot of tickets and lost my license, sold it and bought a slow F-150...

Asking for too much there. A soft tire compound [UHP] will grip well but not last. A hard compound tire will last a long time but not grip well. I think the BFG TA's are a compromise...

Nice collection Gary! I'm curious on your thoughts of how the E Bodies handle compared to the modern counter parts? My buddy is trying to talk me into a retro but I'm holding tight on the Classic!
