I should probably clarify. Why would there be a difference between an OEM (lets even call it NOS) fender and a Mopar fender? Why are they not the same when they were both made by the same company. I realize it could be tooling or even a legal issue, but does anyone actually know?

If anyone can explain this to me I would appreciate it. How is Mopar selling non-OEM replacement parts? It doesn’t really matter, I’m just confused. Thank you for any help.
