PCV Grommet & Valve for Mopar Performance Valve Covers (1 inch hole)

Sorry to say but I did not find a good solution. I ended up using the grommet that came with the valve covers when I bought the car almost 10 years ago, and buying some Permatex Clear Adhesive Sealant-Silicone RTV 80050 to insure no vacuum leak around the outside of the grommet. I just did so...

SOLD 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye (Restored)...Where Do I Go From Here? (Edit: Price $37,500)

I want to thank those who suggested "Bring a Trailer". Because I am not an active buyer/seller, I wasn't even aware of this service. Checked it out and it has peeked my interest. Does anyone have actual experience or first hand knowledge with Bring a Trailer...significant bidding...

SOLD 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye (Restored)...Where Do I Go From Here? (Edit: Price $37,500)

And yet I have a Masters Degree in Taxation, am a CPA, and the retired CFO of a $100 million health care organization...go figure. Of course, I got my education 50 years ago so I hardly qualify as having an education in the "recent school system". But I confess, I don't spend most of my time...

SOLD 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye (Restored)...Where Do I Go From Here? (Edit: Price $37,500)

Me thinketh I have offended thee! SO sorry for my intrusion into your perfect world; guess I missed the clearly defined rules on what this thread is for. Can you ever forgive me? And perhaps you might be a happier person if you toned down your attitude.

SOLD 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye (Restored)...Where Do I Go From Here? (Edit: Price $37,500)

Thanks for all your responses. I have both the fender tag and broadcast sheet. It's a 340 4-speed from the factory. Thanks for the response. I am attaching photos of the build sheet & a "decoder" I did on the build sheet (after much work with a magnifying glass), as well as the fender tag.

SOLD 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye (Restored)...Where Do I Go From Here? (Edit: Price $37,500)

This may be the strangest “For Sale” post ever, so bear with me. I am a 72-year old retired CPA w/ a very nice 1972 ‘numbers matching’ Challenger Rallye I am considering selling. The short and sweet version of how I got to this point: I purchased the car in November 2013 at a Mecum auction in...

    72 Cuda door panel removel

Beautiful job, and much easier than trying to apply the material to the door skin itself. I am thinking having the air space between the sound deadening material and the door skin might enhance the sound deadening effect. Much appreciated.

    72 Cuda door panel removel

I found this application of sound deadening material interesting. When I did my doors, I applied the material to the outside wall of the door instead of like this. It was a real pain in the ass to apply inside the door but got coverage of most of the sheet metal. Any thoughts about whether...

    Need good cracking battery.

Quick question...if you are big on accuracy, but don't want to sacrifice accuracy for battery quality, what are the best battery choices out there?
