‘73 Cuda grill

Hey All. I need to do some work on the grill for my ‘73 Cuda. How many fasteners hold it on? I can see five along the top and three along the bottom. Does that cover it?

That sounds about right. The three on the bottom of the grille mount to the fenders and the hood latch support. On my 73 Barracuda, of the 5 holes only 4 of them are used to attach to the upper valance. The hole closest to the center on the grille does not have mounting hole to match in the upper valance.
