I had forgotten that I had a set of these stashed away. Can anyone comment on if these are original from 1970 or if they are from the 80's/90's? These came with my car in a pile of other parts when I bought it so I don't have any history. They are polished. I posted a pic on Facebook and the comment was that the sticker looks like it was from 15" x 6.5" that were sold in the 80's and early 90's with the 15" X 7" part number.

The pictured trim rings, with the part number 3461043 on the label, are not 1970 original rings. These are the later re-issue and are likely the rings for 15" x 6.5" Rallye wheels, although numbered for 15" x 7" Rallye wheels. The pictured ring was made March 28, 1990.
To check the actual wheel fit, measure as shown in the following image:
The deeper ring pictured on the left is for 15" x 7" wheels and the shallower ring pictured on the right is for the 15" x 6.5" wheels.
The shallower ring can be used on the 15" x 7" wheels, but leaves a gap at the inner portion.
Some background on the trim ring numbering:
The 1970 15" x 7" Rallye Class I wheel trim ring with chrome, or polished, finish is part number 3461043. The later, 1971 15" x 7" Rallye Class I wheel trim ring with brushed finish is part number 3461222.
The first version 15" x 6.5" Rallye Class I wheel, part number 3699066 was released for the 1976 model year. The trim rings used for that wheel were made on the 1970/1971 tooling that had been modified for the narrower ring. The 1976-1977 15" x 6.5" Class I production trim ring was part number 3699100, which was polished.
Replacement 3461043 and 3461222 trim rings were still available. I purchased a set of 3461222 rings in 1977 for my 15” x 7” Rallye wheels, which I still have on the T/A in my profile picture. Chrysler later re-issued the 3461043 trim ring, which was originally for the 7" wheels, then re-tooled, but not renumbered, as a service replacement for 6.5" wheels. For a time, two sizes with the same part number existed in non-depot inventory.
In the 1980s, Chrysler re-released the 3461043 trim ring for the 15" x 7" wheels. However it was actually the trim ring for the 15" x 6.5" Rallye wheel, so it did not correctly match either style of the earlier trim rings. Because Chrysler reused the same part numbers for different sizes and multiple production releases, the sizing and numbering of 15" trim rings for both 6.5" and 7" Rallye Class I wheels became convoluted.
Then, both early numbers for the 15" x 7" wheels were reused, with a "P" prefix as P3461043 (polished) and P3461222 (brushed) under the Mopar Performance "Restoration" parts, with new tooling, which fits the 7" wheels. These later release, although sized correctly, can further confuse the earlier part numbering issue.
These Mopar Performance trim rings were discontinued in the early 2000s, but then released again under P5153310 (polished) and P5153311 (brushed). These are now discontinued too.
There may be some other details in the mix too. Because of the multiple use of the part number on the two sizes of rings, and with the multiple releases, measuring the ring to be sure is prudent.
The following image shows the tags from the trim rings that I bought new at Chrysler in 1988 to use on a set of 7" wheels, and were listed for the 7" wheels, but are actually for the 6.5" wheels, which is where they reside today on a set of 15" x 6.5" wheels on my Duster.
