I would say the green fad wore off late 70's. Then they didn't get driven much.

The car is a great looking car! I'd rock that fad any day of the week.

That was a popular color back in the day.

It has cycles. Green then became popular in early 90's and then early 2000's. I like it.

Back in the early to mid 80's when these things started going from junkers to collectibles, a popular saying in Mopar circles was "Only the green survive!" Not many people liked it, so cars that were F8 often got painted another color. Although this car has plenty of add on's that it didn't come with, it was done very tastefully, resulting in a very nice, desirable JH27 that is worth the money.
