Looking to sell my really nice condition dash. Not a reproduction. This OE Mopar dash pad has a brand new aftermarket ABS dash canopy installed. I really want to stick with someone local because shipping this, even with fingers crossed, would be a nightmare. If it gets damaged in transit it would be horrible. This is the single speaker non-a/c dash. Not 100% perfect, but pretty darn close. I might be willing to drive a little to meet someone in a neighboring state. Located in N NJ.
Asking $950/close offer.

What are the imperfections on the pad?
I think I can see some but it could just be the camera or lighting so I don't want to speculate.
Well, the major imperfection is that this ABS dash canopy is like a second skin, so although it is tight fitting and looks great, it is slightly raised off the dash itself (noticeable where the VIN tag rivets in). Someone else on FB marketplace pointed it out or I would have never noticed

Is it a dash cap over the original pad?
Yes, it’s called an ABS dash canopy. It’s not like the hard plastic cap that doesn’t fit well. I didn’t notice until someone on FB marketplace pointed it out. This is more like a second skin that appears to have been attached using some type of adhesive. I overpaid thinking it was a gorgeous mint condition original until the “canopy” was pointed out. Very good looking and once installed, close to impossible to detect the cover. It was going to go into my car but I opted to try the “Fibrenew” vinyl interior restorer for my original dash.
