Are the 5115 340 headers just for E bodies or are they correct for any 340 car

I had a set of 5115's on my Challenger conv when I first built it, and they fit really well. You do need a pretty big breathing motor though, since the primary tubes are 1 3/4 inch. All of the tubes go behind the steering instead of under it like the el cheapo headers and they have decent ground clearance.

I do not know if the are still available any more.
They were the best production headers on our stock eliminator
car! I still have a couple sets on the wall.

From Jeg's:

Hooker Headers 5115: Super Comp Headers Small Block Mopar 318-360 - JEGS

Looks like they fit small blocks in B and E bodies and certain C bodies.
I had headers on my 72 Barracuda and didn't like the fit on the LH side. Header hung lower than the RH-side. I heard TTI has a specialized set that allows you to manipulate tube between #5 and #7 plugs. Has anyone been successful with the header set? Pricey, but I think it's a pretty smart concept. I already have a miniature starter so that problem is settled

Best headers I found for the small block engines is the Dougs D453.

909 + shipping...ouch...I may entertain bare ones direct from factory. I would like to get them ceramic coated in titanium color. Will look great with corporate blue.

@SRKlegin Did you have to install longer lugs to run the Year One 17" Rallyes? I bought a new set with tires from an individual, instead of Year One, that I want to run on my 71 Challenger conv. i started to install them and the lugs didn't extend thru the wheel far enough to suit me, so I held off using them for now.

No because longer ones were already installed when I ripped off the 20 and 22 inch circus wheels off the car.
