Boring my 340 block .30 over. I have a stock forged crank (being turned .10), forged stock connecting rods, full floating wrist pins, and Edelbrock RPM Performer aluminum heads. I'm going with a roller cam & lifters, and roller rockers this time. I will not be racing this car and do not plan to spin it beyond 6,000 unless by accident. I still want an honest 10.5 compression. Any piston manufacturer you would recommend, or any to stay away from? Should I consider anything other than "forged"? Also, any type of piston rings - same question. Thanks in advance.
