340 T/A for sale
Originally from a Challenger T/A but would be date and type correct for your T/A or AAR Cuda!
Or for you racers:
This is the "4" bolt main block and doesn't get any rarer or better than this!

Vin on block: OB289765
Engine is currently apart and block and heads are at the machine shop.
Block has been sonic and magged checked for cracks and is not cracked.
Block is .030" over and just needs a hone if forged pistons are used.
Mainline needs hone. All T/A main caps are intact, or swap to aftermarket 4 bolt mains!
Block also needs a .010" decking for cleanup.
The crank needs some work on the thrust bearing counter weights and isn't usable as is but is included.
Pistons are aftermarket .030" over units of unknown make and are still attached to the 6pack rods.
Heads are the original T/A castings with the offset rocker arms and enlarged pushrod holes as well as the big vales.
All the offset rockers are there along with the pushrods.
Oil pan is a #228.
Timing cover appears to be a 1973 casting. Part numbers are 3 2951698 05102.
Engine is missing the 6pack intake, original valve covers and the windage tray, Otherwise it is complete.
