This is a beautiful venue in the Grosse Pointe Shores- Village Park/marina. Relaxing, great view on Lake St. Clair, lots of room and shade or sun. It's been perfect weather for the last 2 years. Cars cannot be newer than 1990....so no modern muscle. No doo-wop music, either. Hoping for this show to be "the" show, in future seasons. Room for 2-300 cars, and entries went up 30%, on the second year. The show has had more mopars, than other brands. Nice trend.

Mike - The photos show it to be very first class. Just curious, what is the registration fee?

I wish it was closer to me...

Free till 8-31. 10-bucks afterwards. Osius Park is in GPS, the most affluent area of Eastern Metro-Detroit. It's a bedroom-community, without a single business. The Ford Mansion/family, NFL team owners, etc... call this home. This is the only day of the year, that the park is open to the public. There's a long pier that goes out to rest of the marina.

My friends own this blog, and attend with their cars....

Weather forecast is iffy, but we've already had two glorious days in the previous years. I really need to go to this show. I've been pretty ill for last 10 weeks, and this would be a wonderful break from being homebound. Fingers crossed.

Thanks to all that attended the show. Some tuff car people in Mi....that's for sure. It was cloudy all day, 58, and a constant 25-30mph wind off the lake... all day. We did have a great time, and 70 cars attended. There were many OUTSTANDING vehicles that showed, despite the weather. Thank you again for attending, and hope for our previous/glorious weather for next year.

Matt, your car looks great!
I was planning to go & even blew off the Frankenmuth weekend but weather did not cooperate. Drizzle at my house started @ noon, weather permitting I'll be there next year.
