Curious as to the difference in the standard 1970 340 engine harness and the one for the 6-bbl (AAR) version.
 
I'm guessing it's just the idle speed solenoid. that's the only difference I can see in the wiring diagram in the factory service manuals we can all download for free from mymopar and e-bodies.org.

Coil power wire? I know on a big block, the wiring is different because of the coil placement.

a 6-barrel setup was available on both the 440 and the 340 (AAR) so the OP is asking the difference between the 340-4 and the 340-6 (AAR) wiring harness. Implying both as small block.

I know, I have a big block six pack. My six pack wiring harness has a longer coil power wire since the coil is mounted in the back on the side. Not upfront like the standard coil four barrel or two barrel coil.
