Car is getting a little crunchy underside. But certainly seen worse. Still a little high $$ for my interest. But thought I would share.

I'm not one to knock anybody's car but it needs some TLC especially underneath...hopefully any potential buyer will take the time to examine it ALL OVER and if they're not inclined, spend a couple of hundred on a full inspection...

Looks to be an original ALL Black car too...with a white interior. Nice color car to restore back to original.

Pretty unique car with that color combo.
Car would definitely need to be looked at.

Seller knows these cars well.

I had a 71 340 4 speed.
Original owner claimed he did not want to spend the extra $ because he was planning on putting his own
tach in the car. ( see attached)
I agree though I like the rallye dash so much better.
I always wondered why it was standard on the RT Challenger and not on the Plymouth Cuda.....
I also wonder why you could not get a 340 in the RT and you could in the Cuda.
I know you could get the A66 package, but the RT thing never made sense to me.

I put a rallye dash in my 71 BHG, to me it was a no brainer. Yes, I know the dash is a 72-74 setup, I don't care. I also know that tuff wheels were not available on the Barracuda, I like em.

That AAR is far less crunchy than most Minnesota cars of that era. In this part of the country, that thing is downright solid. My '73 Challenger was missing half the trunk floor and the entire LH rear frame rail aft of the axle kickup... in 1988.

Same here, we know a 73 Cuda with a bb six pack and rim blow wheel were not options. I don’t care though, I like it.

I have a Rim Blow for my '74 for one reason only: 16:1 manual steering gets a bit tiring with the Tuff wheel that was in the car (which was 20:1 manual when I got it). I detest the '72-up two-spoke wheel, and don't like the standard '70-'71 padded wheel a whole lot better. That sorta left me with only one option. 😁

I as well have the two spoke (don’t prefer the look)?and. tuff wheel. Really like the tuff wheel as well. Firm feel rebuilt my box like an AAR ratio years ago. Feels much better.

I have run pretty much every potentially available wheel for an E body in an E body; stock wheels, tuff wheel, rim blow, etc. I like the tuff wheel and have one in my 70 Challenger, in my Cuda I have an after market billet wheel that looks something like a tuff wheel. I have a rim blow that I like but I always felt they were too big, however I am not thinking about using it in my 71 Charger.

Another "tip", I wrapped my tuff in leather, bought a cover from these guys

They are really nice covers, I have put probably 4 of these on various wheels. You lace them on and if you do it correctly it looks almost factory. You can do a custom cover to fit any wheel you have.
