Came with my 70’ Cuda project I bought, too short to use. Never installed, minor cosmetic blemishes. $150 plus the ride would prefer local though. In Orange County, California

Sometimes with these valance's they will bend and they appear short. Then when you bolt one side on and go to bolt the other side on it spreads the valance and kind of flattens it making it the correct size.
It probably is the correct size, just doesn't show it until it is being bolted in.

You’re right! I did some reading last night and Year One confirmed it’s the right size. Thanks @Cuda Hunter
