Just seems like there are a lot of projects coming on to the market these days.
If the sheet metal that comes with the car is AMD at $4500 (his quoted value) and the price of the car comes down, it could be a good resto-mod project for someone with good metal work skills?

My point was not the value of the car, but his wording. (from the CL ad, which is a lot different than the other ad.)

"Original sheetmetal. Comes with replacement metal."

"As you will see, the original quarters & drops have already been removed professionally." Yes, I see. People's perception of "professional" obviously vary.

Owner describes the car as a Barracuda
When I enlarged the engine compartment picture; did not appear to have a tag, at least still on the car!
The Craigslist ad was deleted
The other ad is still active
