Happy Hunting.
1970 Used Dodge Challenger R/T SE at WeBe Autos Serving Long Island, NY, IID 15581744

Looking at the pictures:
Appears to be an RT clone.
Has original SE small window, but lacks the leather/cloth interior and no rallye dash.
RT rear valance not there with dual exhaust exiting below the panel.
Wonder if it is an N code 383?
There is a build sheet with the car.
Still a nice driver car for the money.

Would have the overhead console..no pic...wouldn't it also have the dual exhaust valence in the rear...

Wouldn't the shifter be the round knob with the button on top? Thought the T-handle didn't show up until 1971?

We really need to see the build sheet for this car. There are a lot of items that are incorrect for a 70 RT/SE.
70 would have the round shift knob.
I think it will sell as a driver for the price.

Real R/T would have the rallye gauges.

As pictured, if the car was built for California specs, wouldn't the exhaust go under the valance panel even with an N code 383?

IIRC the 383 and 440-4 should have had the cutout valance with chrome exhaust tips. The N97 Noise Reduction Package with the turned down exhaust tips was only required with the 440+6 and Hemi. Why that was I don't know - maybe because they were extra "nasty"?

Good information! Did not know this.
