70 Cuda grille and valance insert questions

Both my grille and valance insert both have small dips in them. The shop where my car is has an AAR right next to mine with a dip in the grille in the same location. I know these cars werent perfect from the factory but I wanted to get some opinions on if I should waste the time and effort to work the dips out or is this how the cars were and should look.

I know my expert (crappy) photography makes it easy to visualize what I'm referring to!! I was on my lunch break so I didnt have time to take better pictures...

You know, I really wouldn't worry about it too much. Like you say, it is probably typical and to most people they won't even notice it. If you try to do anything to it you might lose the factory texture and it could stand out more.
