I have a 71challenger front grill that has a 3 in. Piece broken off the end on bottom panel. Bad news is it is nowhere to be found. More bad news. The grill is all one piece. Anybody out there with some help or advice. I could sure use some.

Use Lord-Fusor, flexible bumper adhesive to glue a patch to the back. This is very strong stuff, but is only workable for about a minute. On the front side use body filler to shape it. Spray the whole grill with a high build poly primer like ‘Evercoat, Featherfill.” Wet sand, yes wet sand, the primer with 500. This will cover any scratches. Spray the grill with “201 Hot Rod Flatz” from TCP Global...this is a catalyzed urethane; it looks like black plastic, but is UV stable..

My grill, pictured above, was in bad shape with at least a dozen cracks.
