Very nasty. I'd replace with new panels. If you do the work yourself it is of course on your own time. Blast everything and drill out spot welds. Just that easy. (The hound looks in a lot better shape).

Updated rust repair on passenger inner fender, Yes I could easily replace it but where's the fun in that , doing all work myself.

inner passenger fender rust repair finished, it took a little more buffing out with liquid metal but I got it whats a half day and a little metal.
