A-833 b/e 4 speed

I have a B/E a-833 4 speed to sell. Comes with trans, hayes flywheel, older Lakewood scatter shield, block saver plate, hurst comp plus shifter with a couple different sticks, fairly new throw out bearing. misc clutch parts. asking 900 plus shipping or.. worked good when removed from my 63 Plymouth.. Its in Rochester wa.

Early 23 spline? All big blocks 4 speeds other than the hemi trans were 23 spline.. Its a 70-74 trans from what I was told. It has both the B and E body shifter mount.

The earlier 23 spline 833 transmissions used different bearings, etc. Both the E and B mounts make it a later trans. The Hemi, 440, and the 440+6 used the 18 spline 833 trans. 23 spine 833 is for 400, 383, 340, 318, 225. I believe the 413 used a Borg and Warner 4 speed trans.

You are correct sir. 70-72 all 440 and hemi used 18 spline.
