A01 differences 70-71

I noticed that L25 is on every 1971 two tag BS cuda that I can find with A01.
I have 1 JH, 1 JS and several two tag BS 71's and one BH 71 that have the L25.
Even a fury 71 with L25

L25 does not show up on any 70 tags that I can view.

My question is this. Was there a trunk lamp option in 70? If so, why did the tags never call them out in 70?

The truck lamp was an option in 70 and 71 on Ebodies. The trunk lamp option was also available in 70 and 71 as part as the A01 package. The fender tag was made so the body shop knew what holes needed to be in what places for the options. Why on 71 tags and not on 70? The only explanation I would know is that assembly line procedures changed between 70 and 71 causing the fender tags to read differently.

That change would have had to be across the board as at least 3 plants were like this.
