A66 Challenger Registry

Beautiful A66 Challenger in the Registry with only a partial serial number; Anyone know of this car?
Looks to be hemi orange with a black bumble; standard hd brakes, 3 speed wipers-maybe a rallye dash?, chrome racing, mirrors, v8 emblems on fenders. Partial serial number JH23 HOB 1927. No SN STARTING WITH 1927 in the Registry!

Welcome to David Koenig to the Challenger A66 Registry. He owns one of the rare A66 Convertibles with an automatic trans in Y1 with a black interior. Car came with the light package, a rallye dash, the G33 mirror, factory hood pins, a power top and the rare luggage rack. It also came with the factory V5X side molding protection.

I love it! Especially having FY1 70 383 with V5X moulding myself. Looks like it's missing a several inches of the moulding on the fender.

Thanks for your thoughts! The owner likes to use her as a daily driver and fixes what is needed to keep his Challenger going! Has not been restored!

That is what I have always done with my Charger and Roached Runner. Just drive them as is.

A66 Challenger Registry; registration form for anyone who owns an A66 Challenger and need to register and memorialize their ownership.
Thank you Phil Haramia

I would like to formally welcome Dwayne Woodling to the Challenger A66 Registry who has forwarded his registration form and many pictures in memorizing his ownership! He has owned his A66 since 1984 and has done extensive work to make his car into what she is now; a Beautiful Panther Pink rendition!

Rare color combination; an A66 with an FK5 Burnt Orange exterior combined with a V9K orange bumble stripe! There are only two listed in the Challenger A66 Registry.
    • One is a tag only that was posted on a Mopar site in October, 2011. JH23HOE 114720; a late October build w the H6K4 interior and white top. Had the molding groups, pdb, a 6 way seat, rear defog and a luggage rack. Must have been stunning! Car was supposedly shipped to Europe!
    • The second FK5/V9K was for sale on ebay in March, 2020 (no serial number) car was in Royal Oak Michigan, black top, automatic, changed to a 4 speed and needed a full restoration. The last bid was $6689. Anyone know of this A66?

A welcome to Nash Stanton to the Challenger A66 Registry who has submitted his A66 Registration form.
His A66 came in a beautiful FK5 paint with a matching H6K4 interior and white bumble stripe! It is an early A66 (B03) with an automatic trans built in the LA factory.
No photo description available.

A question was raised about how many of our A66 Challengers in the Registry have V9Y yellow bumble stripes; there are 5 A66 Challengers with a yellow bumble stripe V9Y coded; 2 w FC7 plum crazy, 1 w FJ5 sublime, 1 w FK5 dark burnt orange, and 1 with EK2 go mango paint! Pics from our files
