They got the 3 speed wiper system automatically at the factory because of the size of the air filter.
Same as a Shaker car.

No a two speed wipers came with a standard dash, and 3 speed wipers came with the rally dash

You are correct a Rally dash car also got 3 speed wipers and electric washer pump if you ticked that option.
You could order J25 variable speed wipers/electric washers as a separate item no matter what dash you had.
I have a JH Challenger that has the standard gauge cluster but was ordered with the N96 option and the factory fitted the J25 wipers - as the 2 speed wiper motor contacts the back of the Shaker.
I have the original broadcast sheet to prove it.
The car listed is right - all AAR Cuda will have the 3 speed wipers because of the six barrel air filter no matter what dash it has.
