This bellhousing is correct for the following:
70-71 B&E 383,426 and 440
72-74 B 400,440
70-71 E R/RB/Hemi 10.5" clutch

It's in very good condition overall, but it does have 4-5 stripped threads in the hole for the ball stud. I have included pictures of these threads as well as the 5 or so threads that are in good condition. I screwed in a ball stud from another transmission and it felt very solid in this bellhousing. I believe this bellhousing could be run as is with thread lock or it could take a helicoil.
