a member posted a web site where i could get an "assembly" manual.. saved site, but it is no longer available....whoever, please repost site or where i can find book

I just purchased one on eBay from Faxonautolit. It arrived today. I was hoping it would provide automatic console bracket mounting locations. It didn’t. 😩 It’s still full of useful information. $48.10

I have pics of my shifter console brackets; not exact measurements but you can match the location to the floor ribs and seat bracket holes to get an idea as to where the shifter brackets are welded.

Brilliant much better answer 340!
Here's a few similar shots with a yardstick.
Brackets are in their original locations.
3 1/2" is center of rear seam.
