Best way to clean vinyl hood stripe

Okay so i took my car to a show a couple weeks back, well there was a dust storm followed by rain, my white hood stripe is covered with brown dirt spots and they wont come off. I tried a cut n buff on it, as well as some vinyl cleaner

grease and wax remover, first I would try dawn dish soap with hot water.

Il definitely give it a try, cause its looking pretty terrible right now
