better thermostat??

I read in the forum that the better temp for the thermostat is 180 degrees, but what is the better trademark for the thermostat?? Stant? ACdelco??

I see a lot of in rockauto and I cannt decide.

Now I have a 160 degrees in the 440 (I buy by mistake) ACdelco 12T6B

Stant, Robert Shaw, Mr. Gasket are all very good . I believe that the 195* was stock on many performance models.
Make sure it has the large bypass hole just in case of failure.
