Bolt identification

Does anyone have the description of the correct bolts or screws that go in the center of the rear valance behind the license plate on a 71 Challenger? I have the part number from the factory assembly manual 9431953 the description says ‘SC & WA self drilling’ . I have older Dave Wise E Body fastener manuals but it is not listed. I find various self tapping but not self drilling, does SC mean it’s a screw not a hex head? Any ideas?

Mine are around 3/8 hex headed self tapping style.

Based on the other entries in column 2 (NUT & WA, SCREW, etc.) I suspect the SC and WA = Screw and Washer.

Yes I did forget this point - they do have a "captive" flat washer.
