Just found out that a little while ago Wheels, Inc, the umbrella company that owns Advance Auto Parts just bought out Carquest. The plans, from what I've been told, is to let Carquest stand as a separate company under in the incorporated, kinda like what they did with AutoParts International when Wheels bought them out.
