I bought a duster and i am pulling the 318 to put in a built 360 and i am switching to aluminum radiator. I was told this radiator came out of a cuda. It doesnt leak and kept the 318 cool. the part number is 2998974 on top of the tank. I looked online and the best i can tell is its a 1970 model radiator for 340 cars. asking 500 obo. if thats too high then just let me know but its a starting point. located in leitchfield, ky. 42754

I need a Radiator like that,But I think I can get an aftermarket one new for less.

Looks like part number is on a plate that got soldered on... I wonder what part number is under the 974 plate.

The new aftermarket rads that appear factory are twice that asking price.
$400 to redo a radiator around here. Buy for $500 add shipping and recore it is close. That could just be my area also. Seems nothing is inexpensive anymore.

I think it looks like a plate. Like in this picture for example.

You may be right. Kind of hard to be certain though. Granted it does look to be the bigger font. Either way, I don't think I'd drop $500 on it. But looks like a decent radiator. I hope he gets $500 as I have several 974 at home. But I'll still probably keep em.

I’ve seen a few radiators that have had a new number plate attached like this but I’ve never gone about removing one.

theres a 974 on ebag for 299.00
it has a soldered 974 tag.
like you say ,, wonder what ##s under it.
