Dash Frame to Cowl Bolts - Black Phos or Zinc?

I see both being sold. 1970 Challenger. Assumed Phosphate is correct to match with black frame, but you never know with Mopar.

Which finish is correct?

My 70 Cuda, Oct 69 production, the 4 in the defrost vents look to be zinc, no black that I can see, the 2 pivot bolts on the side are covered by the kick panels, so you can't see them anyway, but I think they are zinc as well.

Zinc is absolutely correct for the 4 bolts in the defrost vent area.

I've only seen black phosphate on those, but I'll look at my stash and see.

The 1/4-20 side bolts, definitely zinc.
