Difference in 71 cuda header panel VS 72+

So AMD lists a different part number for the 71. I cant tell what the difference is comparing it to my 74 header panel. The only thing I can see different is the notches on the ends for the clips are backwards. The center ones are the same. Did AMD make these wrong or is the 71 opposite for a reason?
Second difference I could see is the 74 had a reinforcement bracket on the upright part.

I have been told that is the only difference between the 71 and 72-74..
